How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • In original condition (unused/unopened with tags intact)
  • Packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation

Step 3: Ship Your Return

After receiving authorization from our team:

  • We’ll provide a return shipping address (returns to: 2530 American Drive, LONG BEACH, US 39560)
  • For exchanges, please indicate the replacement product from our catalog
  • Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items
