How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Prepare Your Items
Please ensure your items are:
- In original condition (unused/unopened with tags intact)
- Packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping
- Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation

After receiving authorization from our team:
- We’ll provide a return shipping address (returns to: 2530 American Drive, LONG BEACH, US 39560)
- For exchanges, please indicate the replacement product from our catalog
- Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all our gardeners, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened soil products (Potting Soil Mixes, Seed Starting Soils, Soil Amendments) due to health regulations
- Live plants (Houseplants) unless they arrive damaged (must report within 48 hours of delivery)
- Personalized or custom-made items (certain Plant Support Accessories)

- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- Follow the same process as returns, clearly indicating your desired exchange item

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
