Shipping Information

Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with the same attention we give our own gardens:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Gardening Tip: For fastest delivery, choose our Standard Shipping option. Track your package like you’d monitor your seedlings’ growth!

Shipping Areas

We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, our gardening support team is happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your gardening experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it grow right!

Our Gardener-Friendly Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused/unopened with original tags
  • Process: Authorization required before returning

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Prepare Your Items

Ensure your return is garden-ready:

  • Original condition (unused/unopened with tags intact)
  • Securely packaged to prevent damage
  • Include original packing slip or order confirmation

Step 2: Contact Our Gardening Team

Email [email protected] with:

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Product name and reason for return/exchange
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or specific exchange item)
  • Photos if reporting damage (helps us grow better!)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

After authorization:

  • Ship to: 2530 American Drive, LONG BEACH, US 39560
  • Customer pays return shipping unless error was ours
  • For exchanges, specify replacement product from our catalog

Refund Process

When your return blossoms back to us:

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our gardening community, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened soil products: Potting Soil Mixes, Seed Starting Soils, Soil Amendments (health regulations)
  • Live plants: Houseplants (unless damaged – must report within 48 hours)
  • Personalized items: Custom Plant Support Accessories

Special Note for Plant Lovers: If your houseplants arrive damaged, please send photos within 48 hours so we can nurture a solution!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order isn’t picture-perfect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damage/incorrect items and packaging
  • We’ll send replacements (when available) or issue a full refund
